Chef Don Kruse brings over 42 years of culinary creativity to his dishes. Relying on his extensive training in a variety of kitchens including fine dining, casual, & banquets, he takes exceptional pride in his organizational skills and utmost cleanliness. Always striving to achieve success through innovation and a strong willingness to excel, Chef Kruse has never shied away from a task, whether small or large, and has always helped develop his fellow kitchen crew and team into experienced professionals with customer service as their only mission.
